Almo same as Enterprise they are worse than bad billing yourcredit card month after returning car. Without informing or telling anything. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.
Enterprise Rent A Car did charge (without notifying myself) my credit card with the full amount of excess for damages and theft right after picking up my car. They seem to have changed their policies but they do not inform their customers. Never ever again Alamo / Enterprise Rent A Car.

This is the worst rent car company ever existed!! I had a reservation of a car for 5 days to pick it up and return in Zurich airport. And when I go to pick it up, and show my driving licence (Argentinean driving license, which is in Spanish and English) they told me that is not allowed because, in Switzerland they speak German, French or Italian and there are police officers who do not speak English. Therefore they didn't gave me the car and tell me to call a number to see if they would refund me part of the money I had already paid (on line, more than a month before).In addition, as I attached the picture in the voucher of the reservation it says that if I have a driving license with a language that have a roman alphabet it will be permitted (as I already said the Argentinean license is in Spanish and English).Lucky me, Hertz and Six accept as valid my driving license and proceed to rent me a car which I finally did with Hertz.What I lost with all this issue was almost two hours of arguing with an Alamo employee who didn't offer me any help to find a solution. So I ask for the refound online and then called the number which this employee provided me, and they told me that as I have already made the money refound request, I have to wait for 48 work hours to be call and they see my particular situation.So now I'm waiting that hopping they give my money back.I would also want to thank Hertz employees for their support and attention and I recommend them 100%.Also I have attached an image where you can see Alamo's terms and conditions for the drive licence and it says that if the language is legible by the country, or other member of the EU speak that language it would be valid. I don't know if you know but in Spain speaks Spanish.
