I came to purchase my dream car and the experience was almost painless. I say almost because in Germany we had to go through extra steps to insure we can purchase the vehicle tax free, which isn't bad at all, just a bit tedious. However, I was told my vehicle may not arrive until January or Feb of 2018 (ordered Oct 2017) but the vehicle was delivered much sooner in December. The process was smooth and only a couple hiccups during the process. I am very happy with their help and expertise. Upon delivery, I was given assistance and introduction to my new car and was ready to drive off within a half hour. Great service, would definitely recommend to military/American!
The salesman was friendly and helpful, responding to queries in a timely manner. But..BMW itself seems to treat customers at this location as an annoyance. I get the feeling they know they are the only BMW option, they have no competition, (besides Audi, Mercedes, etc) and if you want a BMW car, take it or leave it.If you want to test drive a vehicle, you must make an appt. If you want to pick up your vehicle in Munich and do the factory experience, it's an extra $500. Your Technology package? BMW Connect and all the wonderful connected features on your car? Sorry, those only work in the US. Because...shut up, we already have your money.Free maintenance and oil changes? Sorry, only in the US. BMW as a corporation doesn't care. Because...shut up, we already have your money.That great rebate BMW is offering certain bank members? Sorry, only in the US. Bottom line; the have a great product, and they know it. After rebates, dealer incentives and sales, even with the tax advantage, you can match or beat their prices in the US.
Bunch of robbers and thieves. The English guys there only want to take your money. Stay away. No good deals.
